“I received exceptional service and care while having my ankle surgery on 5.11.16 per Dr Clair’s direction. All staff were friendly and helpful, prompt and very attentive to my needs. Especially fantastic care was received from Dr Cumming the anesthesiologist, Peggy my charge nurse, and Priscilla the attending discharge person. Everyone in the operating theater made me feel comfortable, and presented a level of confidence that made me very reassured the process would be a success. I am truly grateful for the attention and professionalism offered to my self and attending adult while at your facility. Very friendly and competent. Also good about keeping me warm in OR prior to anesthesia. Recovery and preop nurses were great. I wish I remembered their names but they were very helpful and caring!!

I called to express my concern regarding my young daughter’s anxiety. The staff encouraged us to tour the Surgery Center. It was fantastic and put my daughter totally at ease! She knew exactly what to expect on the date of the surgery.
The humane, non-judgmental, compassion and support of each professional I interacted with. Even the pre-op registration and billing department were kind and informative.
They not only were courteous and hospitable to myself, but were equally attentive to my husband and very busy 3-year old.
