We appreciate the opportunity to care for you and your family. We realize that surgery can be a very anxious time for you, and we would like to make your stay as comfortable as possible. High Pointe Surgery Center's number one priority is to provide surgical and recovery care that is quality, safe, economical, convenient, and dramatically different than the "hospital/institution" experience.
Our goal is to provide you and your family with safe, comfortable, friendly and efficient care. You may also have other goals in mind. Please let us know how we can help you reach your goals.
To accomplish these goals we:
Promise to accurately identify you / your child as the intended patient.
We will repeatedly verify the surgery / procedure that will be performed.
It is important that we are aware of any medications (over the counter or prescribed) you currently take and if you have any allergies to medications.
We encourage you to ask questions as they arise during your care.
Feel free to interrupt any staff to present your questions.
After we have completed your initial preparation for surgery we will ask if you would like your family / friend to join you in our preoperative area.
After your surgery is completed your family / friend will be invited back into see you when you reach our second phase of recovery.
